We all have it within ourselves

Too often, we just can't see it clearly

Most of us have been through similar situations. Overthinking. Overwhelm. Lacking confidence in our abilities. Second-guessing ourselves. Trying to fix our “weaknesses.” Looking for our purpose.

And over the course of our advertising and marketing careers, our lenses have gathered various filters – filters that often cloud or distort our vision.

All of us have imperfections, and that’s perfectly okay. With a lot of empathy, patience, vulnerability, and respect, we can help each other out. I call this heart-centered coaching – really focusing on what feels right to you, emotionally – not just clinically. It’s what differentiates me from others.

My specific coaching niche is targeted towards the adverting & marketing industry. I believe there is true talent in this field, and my goal is to help people reach their potential. So, if you’re ready - let’s do this. Schedule a free introductory session.

Services
My top five CliftonStrengths themes are Restorative, Empathy, Developer, Belief and Adaptability. If you’re familiar with CliftonStrengths, my themes revolve largely around relationship building. I really love working with smart, energetic, creative people – helping them unlock potential and get “unstuck” from tired situations. I offer five heart-centered services that come naturally to me.

About Me

My name is Milind Raval

My "why" is to help others become more fulfilled in their careers - to be more inspired, creative and generally happier. I help others find the solutions within themselves.

Over my 35-year career in the ad business, I was hyper-focused on doing excellent work for my clients, my teams and my agencies. I'm very proud of the work I've done, won awards and worked my way up the ladder. Yet, my real calling started becoming more and more crystal during the past decade or so.

I found more purpose in helping teammates, colleagues, employees, clients, and partners become better at their jobs. Listening to them. Paying attention to their strengths. Reassuring them that they are more than capable. Seeing someone have that “a-ha moment,” or finding their own solution to an issue – that was so much more gratifying to me. This was my “a-ha moment.”

I fundamentally believe that everyone is talented and has potential. And if we remove some of those self-imposed filters, people can really shine brighter.

Professional History

Here's my career at a glance. While I'd be happy to share the actual work, I was more proud of the affect I've had on my teams, my clients, my partners and my friends along the way.
